A FULL DAY — 8:30 am - 4:00pm

In Fiscal Year 2008, the OFCCP collected a record $67,510,982 in fines from federal contractors - 96% of which was due to applicant/hire issues. This full-day workshop is designed to update federal contractors on the latest OFCCP regulations, nuances and learn how to successfully pass an OFCCP audit.

  • Documentation, documentation, documentation - who, what, why
  • “Applicant” - define it, control it and defend it
  • E-Verify
  • Adverse Impact, 2-standard deviation: analyze, analyze, analyze
  • Compensation: Lilly Ledbetter Act, 12-points analysis, SSEG's
  • Company Website - ADA compliance, accessibility, obligations

This workshop will give you hands-on practical advice and assist you in analyzing your workforce in order to assess where changes need to be made and policies need to be established.
