Thank you for visiting Portnoy, Messinger, Pearl & Associates, Inc.’s website PMPHR.com and taking the time to review our privacy statement.
We understand the importance of personal and business privacy and confidentiality and here we would like to touch on some of our policies collecting and using “site visitor” and “site user” information.

SITE VISITOR:

When you browse through ANY web site on the internet, certain generalized information is automatically collected. This information/data is used to allow the visitor to navigate through the pages of the web site, and for generalized statistical purposes – like tracking the overall number of visitors to the site, pages most and least visited, and the internet domain/search engine used to access the web site. This generalized statistical information does not identify specific users/site visitors, but is used to evaluate the site’s effectiveness and value, in order to make the site as useful and user friendly as possible.

PMPHR.com does NOT automatically collect your name, address, telephone numbers, or e-mail address. The only method in which we collect personal information is when you willingly submit that information to us, ie: via an e-mail.

If you DO choose to provide PMPHR.com with additional information about yourself through an e-mail message or form, we will only maintain the information as long as needed to respond to your question(s) or to fulfill the stated purpose of the communication.

Currently e-mails and electronic forms sent to PMPHR.com are not encrypted, and are not considered a secure means of transmitting highly sensitive information or credit card account numbers over the world-wide-web. We suggest that this information and important documents be forwarded to us via US Mail or a recognized next day delivery service, ie: FedEx, DHL, or UPS.

PMPHR.com does not use “cookies” or “beacons”, or implant any other electronic tags or markers onto your computer. We do not share or sell any information to third parties for purposes of outside sales or marketing. If you have sent us your contact information, PMPHR.com, may send you marketing information about our current or new services, in order to serve you better.

PMPHR.com does not seek to solicit information from anyone under the age of 13 (a child). If any child submits any information to us, and we can determine that the information is from a child, we will delete the information, and will not use it for any purpose. PMPHR.com acknowledges the power of the internet and encourages all parents to monitor, supervise, and join their children in online activities.

Please be advised that in certain instances, it may be required for PMPHR.com to disclose information to governmental authorities, or otherwise as required by state or federal law or, when in good faith, we feel that the failure to do so would result in the serious physical harm or injury to an individual.

All of PMPHR.com internet information including e-mail communities, are stored on limited access servers. Security software and restrictive maintenance policies and other reasonable safeguards have been put into place to protect any information collected within them. No information from forms submitted to PMPHR.com via US Mail or other letter carrier/delivery service are stored on servers directly connected to the internet, thereby eliminating all outside access to critical client data..

When PMPHR.com makes any material changes to this Privacy Policy, there will be a revised date posted on the top of this website page. PMPHR.com reserves the right to change/modify these policies at any time without notice.
