PMP is in search of the right HR Professional who will be excited to help us drive business growth by increasing our client base and deliver excellent human resources initiatives and service to the organization’s clients. This position requires a strong business acumen and expertise in the development of HR-related policies and procedures as well as the implementation of programs covering the life cycle of an employee including Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Training and Development, Diversity, Employer & Labor Relations, and Wage and Hour Administration.

Essential Functions
Deliver outsourced HR Consulting services to client base and be responsible to secure new clients seeking HR Consulting services
Ensure the delivery of high-quality Human Resources support for new and existing clients of the organization: HR Consulting, Planning, Performance Management, Professional Development, Legal Compliance, Employee Communication, Organizational Change Management and Team Building
Manage resolution of complex employee relations issues by providing appropriate investigation and counseling leadership
Engage clients and members of their organizations using a collaborative and consultative approach that builds personal and functional credibility and establishing trust at all levels of the organization to create win/win solutions
Partner with the Client’s Business Team to drive comprehensive Human Resources strategies, policies and practices in the areas of Employee Relations, Talent Management, Compensation, Diversity, Benefits, Training and Workforce Planning
Delivery HR Consulting services in compliance with all Federal, State and local employment and labor laws
Create and support an environment that focuses on coaching and development for the organization’s client base
Design, planning and implementation of HR policies and programs
Additional Responsibilities
Attend networking events to secure new clients
Proposal development (from client request through to final issue and potentially subsequent project delivery)
Delivery of projects / project streams to time, cost and quality
Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Performs other duties as assigned.

Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
General Knowledge of assigned areas and business perspective intermediate required
Knowledge of labor relations intermediate preferred
Bilingual preferred
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required Business Administration, Organizational Behavior or Human Resources with at least 5-7 years of human resource management experience required, with strategic, talent management, and/or business development experience
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or PHR Certification strongly preferred
Master's degree preferred MBA, Organizational Behavior or Human Resources with at least 4-6 years or HR related experience
